Rules, payment and refunds

In effect since September 7, 2026. By paying for a placement you accept these terms.

What you are buying

You rent a rectangular area on the ZoomPixel canvas — 1,000 × 1,000 pixels in each category — for a chosen term. This is a rental of advertising space, not ownership of pixels and not a share in a project.

The term starts at the moment of payment. When it ends, the block disappears from the canvas and the area becomes free for others. A renewal is added to the remaining term, so renewing early is safe. We email a reminder seven days before the term ends.

Prices

The price is calculated by area: number of pixels × category rate × term × canvas-fill factor. Monthly rates for a 10 × 10 spot:

• Main canvas — $5 a month
• Technology & SaaS — $3 a month
• Crypto & Web3 — $3 a month
• Shops & brands — $2 a month
• Art & entertainment — $1 a month

A 3 місяці term is 10% cheaper, 12 місяців is 17% cheaper. The fuller the canvas, the pricier a new spot: up to 10% fill the base rate applies, then ×1.5, ×2, ×3 and ×4. The price shown before payment is final and does not change for the paid term. The currency is US dollars.

Free spots

Right now the canvas gives free spots to encourage real projects to join: up to 100 pixels per spot, up to 5 spots per person, free for 12 months. If a free spot brings very few clicks, it renews itself automatically for another 12 months at no charge — nobody needs to ask. Keeping a spot past the free period, or wanting a bigger one, costs the regular rent above.

Payment

Card payment is not turned on yet: spots on the canvas are free right now, within the limits described above.

Payment is by card through Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. The area is reserved while payment is in progress; if payment is not completed, the reservation is released and the spot goes back on sale. A block is published only after payment is confirmed.

Refunds

• If a block failed to publish due to our technical error, we refund the full amount.
• If we removed a block for violating the content rules, the payment is not refunded.
• If you change your mind within 14 days and the block has not yet received clicks, we refund the unused part of the term.
• Instead of a refund, a block can be moved to another free area of the same size.

Result guarantee: if your block received fewer than 10 clicks over the paid term, the next term of the same length is free. The renew button in your dashboard will show a zero price on its own.

Content rules

You may not place:

• material prohibited by law, or links to it;
• pornography, violence, or incitement to hatred or war;
• fraud schemes, fake giveaways, phishing, or malicious software;
• someone else's trademarks or logos without the owner's permission;
• images you do not hold the rights to;
• advertising for weapons, drugs, or prescription medicine.

You are responsible for your block's content and for the site it links to. We may remove a block without a refund if it violates these rules, or if the link leads to different content than at the time of publication.

Moderation and complaints

Blocks are reviewed after publication. Send a complaint about any block to the email below, stating its X and Y coordinates — we review it within three business days.

Personal data

We store only what the service needs to work: your email (for sign-in and reminders), your block's content, payment dates and amounts, and the number of clicks on your link. We do not sell this data or share it with third parties, other than the Stripe payment system and the mail service that carry the payment and the email itself. Clicks are counted as a total, without profiling visitors. To delete your account and data, write to the email below.

Service availability

We aim to keep the canvas available around the clock, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. If the site was unavailable for more than a full day in a row due to our fault, we extend the rental term by the number of days lost.
